For their first experience in Chinese cuisine the establishers of Tsé Fung restaurant chose Rubinsteina street deliberately, as there is no other place in St. Petersburg that is worthier hosting a great premiere. Even in the dense food courts environment the Tsé Fung immediately attracts attention with it's unusual entrance design and French spelling of a Chinese name. It is the first Chinese restaurant of European origin in the history of St. Petersburg, opened under the Swiss franchise. It's prototype in Geneva is located in the elegant La Réserve hotel and for 15 years has ranked among the best European restaurants.
The original design of St. Petersburg restaurant was created by a renowned New York bureau “Tihany”, and it's gold, purple and black colors perfectly match both imperial style, the ancient Chinese and St. Petersburg ones.
The menu is based on a Swiss prototype - restaurant Le Tsé Fung Genève. "A new look at Chinese cuisine" from Chan Yiu So, the chief, is a mix of his 35 years of working experience and high standards of the Geneva Tsé Fung restaurant. Despite their differences, the gastronomic concept of these two restaurants remains the same. This is an "invitation to travel" to the most famous places of the main culinary provinces of China in a comfortable atmosphere of European quality products and impeccable Swiss service.
